1/6 kids in Denmark call the child support phone / Children's Helpline to report physical or emotional abuse every day. That’s one too many.

This needed to be addressed.

We did this by creating a campaign revolving around one red painted nail.

One painted nail symbolizing that one child who calls in, every day.

We got a number of well-known Danes to paint one nail and sit down and read and react to terrible parts from reports by children to the Children's Helpline.

‍

A small gesture that stands for something far too big.

‍

We then suggested that the viewer could stand up against violence to children by painting one of their own nails red, making it stand out in public, and shining light on the problem.

‍

Making it easy to take action, and stand with the children and show support to the cause.

That is, making child abuse stop.
